Resurfacing Project Planned on Robinson Dr., Crooked Lake Blvd.

With spring right around the corner, it won't be long until road construction season ramps up.

This week, the City Council awarded a contract for two resurfacing projects. Robinson Drive will be resurfaced between 111th Avenue and Egret Boulevard. The other area is a 360 foot stretch of Crooked Lake Boulevard from Coon Rapids Boulevard, south to the Coon Rapids Boulevard Service Road. Both roads have deteriorated rapidly over the last several years.

The $190,000 contract was awarded to Park Construction Company.

Work is expected to begin in May.
