CRHS Seniors Honored with Signs on Northdale Blvd.

The Class of 2020 officially bids farewell to Coon Rapids High School this weekend.  And they are being recognized in a unique way due to the unusual circumstances of their senior year.

For the last week, signs have lined Northdale Boulevard in front of the high school with a picture of each graduating senior.  Brian Robideau, who has a graduating senior, saw a similar display in North Branch and helped launch a fundraiser to make the project possible here in Coon Rapids.

More than 200 people and five booster clubs donated around $7,000 to the project.  Students are being allowed to take home the signs as the school year wraps up.
