The Anoka County Board has come to a consensus on how to go about replacing the county administrator who's retiring next month. In a work session Tuesday, members agreed to post the top job internally, leaving it open to current and some former employees for 10 days. Interviews would then be conducted by a panel of three county commissioners. The Anoka County Board is expected to vote on the formal hiring process next week.
