Anyone interested in reserving an apartment can come to one of these meeting dates and fill out an application. No pre-registration is required. “Nova” will offer move-in dates for residents starting October 1, 2019.
The mixed-income building includes open-concept one bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom floor plans ranging from 712 – 1,316 square feet. One bedroom apartment homes start at $859, two bedrooms start at $1,030, and three bedrooms start at $1,187 per month.
