A big honor this week for eighth graders from four middle schools in the Anoka-Hennepin School District. Students from Jackson, Northdale, Oak View and Roosevelt recently won the National FBI Safe Online Surfing award in Steven Burrill's computer explorations classes. The online program promotes cyber citizenship and teaches students how to recognize and respond to online dangers. The award was handed out at this week's School Board meeting.
