The Toys R Us in Blaine won't be closing after all. A company spokesperson says after additional negotiations, the Blaine location was removed from the list of store closings along with more than a dozen other locations.As part of its bankruptcy reorganization plan, Toys R Us now plans to close 168 stores nationwide including the Minnetonka, Richfield and Woodbury locations here in the Twin Cities. Upon court approval, store closing sales are expected to begin in the coming weeks and be finished by mid-April. Toys R Us, which is facing big competition from online retailers, is saddled with more than five billion dollars in debt.
