Coon Rapids Ice Center Skaters Win Big at State Competition
Several skaters who train at the Coon Rapids Ice Center won awards recently at the 2017 Minnesota State Figure Skating Championships, held August 26-28 at the Bielenberg Sports Center in Woodbury. There were 190 competitors from across the state of Minnesota. Seven skaters from Coon Rapids Ice Center competed and five won awards. Some of these skaters will compete in the U.S. Regional Championships in Rochester, Minnesota in October.

2014 Minnesota State Championships
Congratulations to the Coon Rapids Skating Academy's skaters who represented the St. Paul Figure Skating Club at the 2014 Minnesota State Championships! They competed against 233 figure skaters from across the state, participating in 19 different divisions. Six of these talented skaters will compete in the prestigious 2015 U.S. Regional Championships in October.
