The 4th of July Celebration is a popular event filled with tons of fun activities for every age to enjoy. View live music and a community parade, play games, ride rides or participate in a 5k run. Make sure you don't miss the grand finale fireworks, voted a Top Fireworks Show in Minnesota!

Free parking is available at several parking lots on the Anoka-Ramsey Community College campus. Other parking is also available in nearby areas. After the fireworks on the 4th of July, thousands of cars are leaving the area at the same time so expect to wait in traffic a long amount of time, and please be patient as you wait for your turn to leave the parking areas. Coon Rapids Police will direct traffic in the most efficient way possible, but please allow for this extra time in your schedule.

Be in the Community Parade
It's already time to start signing up for this year's 4th of July Celebration! The North Star Lions Club is now accepting applications for parade participants. The parade will be Sunday, July 3 at 1 pm. Parking is available at Anoka Ramsey Community College. The parade winds down Mississippi Boulevard, through neighborhood streets, and then ends at Boulevard Plaza.
